What Is STEMFX?
At RisingPlans, our RISING values aren't just about how we treat clients — they shape how we show up for our community, too. We believe in accountability, fresh thinking, and giving back to the people who'll define the future of this industry.
Through STEMFX, we've turned that belief into something structured: a hands-on training program that gives local students a real introduction to digital marketing and technology, mentored directly by our own team.
How STEMFX Works
Offered twice a year, STEMFX gives a small group of local students the chance to build real marketing skills — not just theory. Selected on a first-come, first-served basis, participants choose from six focused tracks and work through self-paced lessons with guidance from our team. Students who complete their track within the program window earn a grant toward tech or further education.
