Building Our Third School
Starting in 2022, we launched our tenth RisingPlans Builds project: funding a new school in partnership with Pencils of Promise. We've previously built in Guatemala and Kenya — and now we're determining the next location of greatest need.
School #3 — In Progress
We're working with our project partner to identify the area of highest need. Once the location is confirmed, construction begins — bringing 400+ students access to quality education.

Past Projects
From clean water access across sub-Saharan Africa to electricity in rural Ghana — RisingPlans Builds has taken on projects that meet people's most fundamental needs.
Providing Clean Drinking Water
Partnering with The Water Project since 2016, we've constructed sand dams, repaired wells, and protected springs across communities in Kenya and beyond — giving thousands access to safe water for the first time.
Electricity for Rural Villages
Through Empower Playgrounds in Ghana, we installed energy-generating merry-go-rounds that produce renewable electricity — letting children study after dark and families light their homes at night.
Rebuilding Underprivileged Neighborhoods
Working with Forgotten Voices in Zambia and Zimbabwe, we funded school renovations, hardware store income sources, and direct education sponsorships — giving entire communities a path to self-sufficiency.
Building Schools & Supplying Education
Via Pencils of Promise, we've built two full schools in Guatemala and Kenya, provided e-readers and curriculum materials, and opened academic pathways for hundreds of children who had none.
Supporting Healthcare Access
From funding mobile health clinics to providing essential medicine supply runs in underserved rural areas, RisingPlans Builds has helped bridge the healthcare gap for families with no nearby facility.
Agricultural & Food Security Initiatives

RisingPlans Builds Launches
We committed to tying our company's growth to community impact. The first Builds fund was established with a small but intentional allocation from client campaign revenue.
First School Built in Guatemala
Our inaugural school build with Pencils of Promise opened 350 students' access to a safe, permanent learning space — complete with books, materials, and trained teachers.
Water Projects Across Kenya
Partnering with The Water Project, we funded sand dams, spring protection, and well repairs — providing safe drinking water to over 1,200 people across multiple communities.
Forgotten Voices: Zambia & Zimbabwe
School renovations, income-generating businesses, and direct education funding helped two communities begin breaking the cycle of poverty from the ground up.
Merry-Go-Rounds Bring Light to Ghana
With Empower Playgrounds, we funded renewable energy merry-go-rounds in Ghana — giving children hours of study time after dark and families a light source at night.
